We have a multi-annual contractual agreement with a processing plant. Most of Frutirol's merchandise is sorted, packed, and stored there. During the first two months of the season, the packing is performed in three shifts, for 21 hours a day, enabling the Galas to be marketed as fast as possible.
 

• The inner quality characteristics of our apples are analyzed daily in each work shift and orchard. This is done in our own lab.

• During the high season, about five cooling containers are shipped daily.

• Four-row Predeg calibrating machine with color sorting (thruput: approx. 15,000 kg/h).

• Approx. 60 workers.

• Approx. 10,000 metric tons of cooling capacity (60% air conditioned).

• Because each individual pallet is coded, it is possible to completely track the product from the orchards to the customer.
